A friend of mine referred me to Select Auto Protect. He has used his warranty and said it was a very simple process. I worked with Roger to purchase my warranty. I had spoken with Roger 2 years ago and it was nice to see he is still with the company. He made the experience easy, and answered all my questions. After reviewing the contract, I had additional questions and Roger responded quickly to my email. While I just purchased the warranty, and haven't had a need to use it yet, I feel comforted knowing I don't have to worry about outrageous car repair costs. Run Run as Far as you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This extended warranty company Is an absolute scam. I purchased a 5 year 177,000 mile warranty from them and paid around 3800 dollars up front. 1. I had an issue with my Range Rover a year later and signing with this company in the range of about 4000 dollars in expenses and they didn't cover the items in which they said they covered in the policy. so I paid 3000 of the 4000 dollars. 2. The same day had suspension problems again and that would have cost me an additional 3500 dollars but before I had the work done, I called select auto and they declined to fix anything. So I decided to purchased a new car instead. 3. I attempted to recover my losses by requestion a pro rated refund considering that I only used 1800 months of my 5 year warranty and they informed me that they subtract 200 dollars off the warranty every month so I was not entitled to a refund of any manner. So I received zero dollars back. 4. Last but not least I asked them I could transfer my warranty to one of my other cars and I have been waiting a month for call back even though I call them 3-5 times a week. Be smart do not use this company they are horrible and do not care about the client!!!!

Everything I know and experienced currently, regarding Select Auto, has been though my relationship with Matt Ryan. To start, I can honestly say that had it not been for Matt, I would probably have not have signed with Select Auto. Matt was not simply helpful, any salesman would be, but he was honest, straight-forward and gave details in his answers that well beyond a simple answer. As of yet, I do not know how good Select Auto will treat me, that is for time to tell, if and when I have claims to Select Auto, I will be able to just the company at that point. As for for the initial signing up with Select Auto, Matt was the key. At the moment, if I get asked about whether or not a person should sign with Select Auto, my response would be, "Well, ask me again after I have a claim or two, until then, Matt Ryan is the person you want to talk to, no matter for whom he works." One finally comment, Matt was just plain an enjoyable person with whom I could have a conversation. A salesman who IS a salesman, yet does not sound like, or feel like, a salesman, is a rare find in today's world.

Roger Miller was respectful and helpful in explaining the benefits of their auto protection. I have high hopes of my relationship with this company of being a good one.
