I was advised that I would receive a confirmation & copy of the contract a contract that Has already cleared my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation or contact copy I've checked everyday to include spam yet there's still no copy of my contract I expect to hear back from you on this matter I hope this isn't a sign of how you conduct business

Michelle Moore has been very responsive. I have been looking for a car for at least 6 weeks. She stayed in touch but did not pressure me.
