Wrong item sent, unable to reach via phone. left Voicemail with no return call. Very unhappy

Ordered item on 19 Dec. No update other than “awaiting shipment” as of 20 Dec. I have called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. I have also emailed numerous times also no response. I paid extra for shipment.
