Hello, We are very sorry for this. If you selected keyed alike when ordering, just reach out to us and we'd be happy to send you the keyed alike cylinders at no charge.
No issues with the products. Excellent products. But there were two company web portals, different names, but same content and layouts. From both sites, I had to reenter shipping addresses, billing addresses and credit card information several times before it will accept payment. Perhaps it was due to my own mistakes. But everytime, it used my home address as a default. I never purchased anything from this company using my home address. I wonder how the payment app got my info. It worried me bit thinking I was being hacked.

The rehanding instructions were very vague and hard to follow. Took several hours of trial and error to complete. Lock itself seems to be quality made.

I asked for my two lock sets to be keyed alike and they weren’t. Took a week to receive them.

I ordered the lock with the chrome finish, but I received the one with the brass finish. And, on the confirmation emails, I couldn’t find instructions on how to start a return.
