OneBox allowed me to enjoy savings in shipping costs. Delivery was earlier than expected. Customer Service was very prompt in their response and follow up to my email.

I am not sure whose fault is but my shipment is stuck in a city in Germany for tax declaration because there is not enough information given by comgetaway. I chose an express delivery but now I am getting my order weeks later than I was supposed to.

Where the heck are my items stolen by you? Your customer service officer told me last week she had located and will return until now I still have not got it

Using this company about 2 years and what i like about these companies , you could accumulate your order and they also unpacked your item smaller box and for you to save cost . Friendly staff and what can i said... " YOU AWESOME "

comGateway staff STOLE my goods !! I was then subjected to weeks of patronising coverup and stonewalling. DO NOT SHIP WITH THESE A*HOLES. If they like your goods they’ll just pocket them and offer you the basic purchase price as compensation. NO COMPENSATION FOR YOUR TIME. NO COMPENSATION FOR YOUR DISTRESS.

It's pretty simple. I trust comgateway to deliver: On Time and In Full. Which they do. If they did not, I would go elsewhere. An OTIF service is what I pay for and expect. No less. However with Comgateway I also get service innovation: "Buy for You" and an excellent follow up service on any inquiries. Very happy to recommend them to others and have done so many times.
