Diana Harris is one of the best customer service reps I've come across. She actively reached out when one of my items arrived to the warehouse damaged, and took care of the replacement quickly and with ease. She then followed up with me after the delivery of my replacement, making sure everything went smoothly. It's hard to find good customer service reps today, and Diana is excellent.

Diana Harris did an excellent job getting to the root of our problem with swivel chairs. She was prompt, professional, and went out of her way to give me status updates and indicated she would continue to do so until I got my products. I have to say that with many ongoing home projects I have interacted with myriad customer service agents and I wish they could all do their job like Diana. She should be commended for her hard work!
