We had an issue with one of the panels arriving damaged, and Krizza handled everything quickly and made sure the replacement was taken care of. She kept me updated throughout the process and made what could have been a frustrating situation very easy. Purchasing a sauna is an expensive decision that involves research and multiple components to be put together.
