Loved your video on the Costco barrel - evenhanded and credible. This is why I came to your site. I did call Matthew over the phone but this meant I couldn't use my PayPal account (for 6 months same as cash) - would've been nice to get the discount AND buy from your site so I could use PayPal. But Matthew kept me focused on my requirements (we're moving it in two years) and was very responsive via email, which I prefer. (And now the review web page isn't liking the 'Date of experience' - says it's not in the past - but whose fault is that? Ugh)

John and EZ have been absolutely incredible. EZ helped with the entire process and made it so smooth. When my electrician made a critical error ruining my sauna, John stepped in and talked through it with them. He resolved the issue, even AFTER HOURS. If you are going to buy a sauna, I could not recommend them enough. Exceeds all expectations. This is my first review I’ve ever wrote because they were so incredible.
