I am satisfied with the service

I’ve had my Saunacloud custom infrared sauna for about six months and use it almost daily for lower back pain. Best decision I’ve made. The heaters reach temp in about 15 minutes, compared to my friend’s Sunlighten that takes 30 minutes. But what really stands out is how the heat feels—it penetrates deeper and actually loosens up my muscles instead of just making me sweat. If you’re planning to use a sauna regularly, this one is worth every penny. Six months in, and I’m still consistent with it.

After spending weeks scouring the internet for information about home saunas, I found Sauna Cloud’s website and I am happy I did! This company is the real deal and they build the best home sauna you could ever want! I recommend first reading through the multiple sauna topics covered on the website, it’s quite an education. Now you have the information to figure out what you think you want. Next I booked a free 40 minute phone consultation with Chris, the owner. Wow, Chris was so helpful in narrowing down the best options and how to design the proper sauna for my wife and I. From my research, SaunaCloud had the most reliable components, best construction and could back up all their claims with science. Read about “Red Light Therapy” on their website, puts most other sauna companies to shame! I am so excited to get started on my new sauna and am confident that I am now making the best choice. They’re not cheap but you get what you pay for!

After months of researching custom infrared saunas, I was so frustrated. Every company said the same thing "we're the best!" ... but nobody backed it up with actual data. Then I talked to Chris at Saunacloud. He actually sent me EMF test reports and explained why his red light setup works better (LEDs are 2-4 inches away vs. mounted on the wall). He even told me I didn't need certain upgrades I was considering. That sold me right there. Six months in, my custom infrared sauna has been amazing for my sleep and recovery. Finally found someone who cares about science over sales pitch.
