The shipping was fast, but the part did not fit my air conditioner despite the website saying that it would. Customer service response is extremely slow and I have not yet been able to return the part.

Everything was good until UPS just left items outside my gate for anyone to take. It was heavy but that’s ridiculous. I have not installed unit yet, but excited to get it on!

First purchase from this company and I am very pleased with the speed of everything associated with this transaction. Was completely issue free with fast delivery cheaper than Amazon on the product also which was why I went with this company.

Drill bit worked well, just need a more powerful drill than what I used
