Always seems to have what I need for my RV, and delivery time (from order placement to delivery )is good. My only complaint would be the shipping and handling charges seem higher than many of the other businesses I deal with.

Ordered the eq systems self leveling system. It shipped quickly, it was a great kit. I took off 1 star for the instructions. There was no description of where the pump is supposed to be located. There was also no mention of that the rear cylinders are intended to be linked together on the retract side. Odd oversight in the instructions, as the rest of the instructions were great.

My product arrived broken, working with Lippert to replace the broken part is a little slow and painful but it was probably broken from the manufacturer so I’m not completely blaming rvupgrades
