Honest people

Item purchased was good for my sons car

Inquired if the gauge cluster had been tested and verified. I was told it had and was sent a picture of the gauge lit up. Upon installing the cluster in my car the speedometer does not work. This is the reason I purchased the cluster, my speedometer does not work. It would have been nice to know "tested and ready" meant they plugged the cluster up and made sure all the lights worked.

In good condition and on time

Excellent customer service! We ordered the right part for the wrong side of the car. Alex sorted it out within a few minutes and the new correct part is on its way. Thanks!

The part for my car arrived quickly, it was a used part that controls my ventilation in my Ford Escape. It was easy to install (thank you Youtube!) and it worked perfectly. The price was good. Very satisfied.
