I have ordered from RugStudio many times. The product is always as advertised and the shipping time is extremely efficient.

Was disappointed when I could not receive the 20% off that I thought I could. I ordered this time, but last time I went through J C PENNY and they placed a somewhat larger order on items for us. Karla was quite nice to deal with and we are appreciative. MR W
