The rug I bought was significantly cheaper on RugPal, and looks great. Shipping was by ground, so it took a while, but came reasonably quickly.

after dealing with customer service, i am editing my first review. moving them up from 2 stars to 4 -- based solely on service, not product. the rug i purchased had issues and i was not at all satisfied with it. customer service contacted me after my initial 2 star review and started in making corrections, arranging for a return, and processing my refund. it's good to know they are willing to take care of things.
