Great service - rarely out of stock.... easy to use website.

We ordered 3 cases of 3M Quat disinfectant on a 9/29/20 order. We received 2 of 3 cases and 1 was lost by UPS. Then one of the 2 we received had a broken lid on a bottle and the entire shipment was in a trash bag with about 1" of the disinfectant spread throughout. All of the bottle labels were messed up. Then 2 weeks later after us calling to say hey we are missing a case, we get the 3rd case. Again a lid had broken and the box had about half of a bottle spread throughout it. This is probably more a 3M issue than your issue, but since you are a huge 3M distributor I'm throwing this at you. We like the product and it was in one of your mass mailings so your marketing department gets 5 stars.

We frequently get the wrong product delivered and struggle to get ETA's on our orders. They always quickly fix any incorrect deliveries, but it is still a hassle.

I have never had a issue with any order I have placed. thank you.
