We ordered the large walk in coop. Arranged well, but not over, packaged and labeled. Instructions very good but we did have to call a couple of times and staff easily walked us through the ? we had. It has been through one Iowa winter and the insulation for the windows was excellent save that sometimes the magnet assembly fell apart. This year we are having enormous issues with black flies and we had to staple netting all over the coop; I would suggest making a set of removable screens to cover all openings. Overall though the design is great. I will say changing the water in the tube would be difficult (BTW I broke a water tube through my own fault and they replaced it at no cost.) and so fresh water is my only other concern

After much research and review, I bought my Round Top Urban Coop with one run extension about a year ago. We love it. It has held up very well, has proven to be very predator proof in our wooded Connecticut locale, and provided great shelter for our birds through all four seasons. The only reasons why I held off a star are pretty simple. First, the assembly was a little more involved than I imagined. The instructions weren't quite as clear as I'd hoped and I actually had to disassemble parts of it twice because I realized I'd made mistakes. The instructions left a bit too much room for error. Second, the feed tube doesn't work well. The food clogs. For a while, I took to banging it a few times a day, but that got old and I just switched to a different feeding system.

Quality product for happy chickens! Easy website helps new chicken owners determine the best products to suite their needs and proactive customer support process (they reached out when the products I ordered weren't compatible). I would give 5 stars except I found the actual work to put the coop together much longer than the estimates (and harder than a typical Ikea project). Good instructions, just time consuming, something to plan for.

The assembly instructions (with illustrations and pictures) are detailed and easy to follow. The materials are all high quality. I was especially impressed that they thought to position screws on the lower horizontal surfaces to prevent water pooling in the screw depression. Seemingly small details like that, or the small feet that raise the coop slightly off the ground will extend the life of the coop and could have been left out but I suspect this coop was designed by a woodworker with pride in their product. Very much recommended.

My 4 chickens transitioned beautifully to their tractor style Urban Coop. It is easy for me to clean and I really appreciate the feed and watering system. It was also easy for me to assemble with time, patience and a hand-held ratchet screw driver.
