This is my second purchase from Roost & Root. My first coop when up easy. The parts all mated together like they were suppose to. This one, not so much. My nesting box doors swing in almost as much as they swing out. I've had to put stops on them. The locking hardware for the door did not match up when I used the predrilled holes. I moved the hardware to make it work. The door for the storage area will not close due to the wire . I'm in the progress of figuring out how to fix that. I did contact the company and they did respond, but offered nothing.

Mrs. Osborne, this is Kevin from Roost & Root. We were corresponding through Zendesk when you reached out about some of the issues you mentioned above, but others I am reading for the first time. I’m surprised to see this and it’s clear I misread the situation. The last message I got from you said that you were looking to have the issue with the storage door fixed by spring. I asked for a picture so I could better see what may be causing the issue and I have been waiting on that before moving forward. I have been resolving issues of all kinds for customers for over a decade and the best way I know how is identify the exact cause of the problem and then do whatever needs to be done to solve. Sometimes it’s because we have made a panel incorrectly. Sometimes there is shipping damage and a panel or more ends up out of square. Sometimes it’s because a panel was installed backwards, or upside down. Sometimes a coop is installed on unlevel ground it creates issues in other places during assembly. I don’t know how to solve the problem until I can see exactly what is causing the problem. Since we have coops all over the United States I depend on customers to make sure I can see what they are seeing. I see from your order that you are in Mansfield which is just over three hours from our shop. I will plan on getting in the company truck tomorrow, loading up and the all of the parts for Stand Up coop in the bed, and driving out to you to resolve your issue. Without knowing exactly what’s going on, I think that is the only way I can solve the problem with certainty. We have flown from Texas Colorado, driven from Texas to Ohio, and hopped in a car to get all over Texas to help customers with issues in the past. It’s extremely rare, but going to this length is what we do when the situation calls for this level of action. I feel terribly that you felt like I was offering you nothing. I was simply trying to identify the source of you issue before I attempted to move forward. This will be made right just as I had intended from the beginning and just how we have for all the customers we make commitments to when they give us their business.
