Absolutely love my new coop and so do my girls! Highly recommend!

My husband and I purchased 2 different coops from Roost & Root this spring as we jumped into the world of chickens. We are very pleased with both. The quality is exceptional and the assembly instructions were very thorough. My husband is not fond of carpentry work but he actually enjoyed putting the coops together.

My wife and I love our coop. We found the coop to be quite small without the run extension but after purchasing the run everything has been great for our 4 hens. The coop has held up well so far here in Delaware and has seen a few bad storms already. We have moved our little coop around our yard and so far the predators haven't locked onto it yet. Fingers crossEd. Coop is built very well, assembly was easy, and it looks great. Feeder upgrade only works for few days before humidity or rain tend to stick everything together. Awesome coop for the money.

I did a lot of research out there before making my chicken coop purchase - and trust me, there are a TON of places that advertise "quality coops." (Read the fine print/contact us pages on any website and you'll see a lot of them are made overseas.) While price was a factor in my things to consider, having a coop that was made in America was #1; quality was #2 and price was #3 and that's why I chose Roost & Root. They have a great selection of coops to choose from, and a wide range of prices, so even someone looking for a less expensive option can afford one of their beautiful, high quality coops. The kit comes with everything needed for easy assembly, and their customer service is EXCELLENT. We did not read the instructions carefully and it seemed like there was a problem but a call to their support line (answered quickly by the business owner himself!) helped us figure out what we were doing wrong. If you are looking for a beautiful, high quality coop, look no further than Roost & Root. We get a TON of compliments on how pretty our coop is, and you'll be proud to house your chickens and/or ducks in one of their coops.

Best coop I have ever seen or owned. And customer service is spectacular. The door was damaged in shipment and they sent a replacement that day. It was so easy to set up by one person. We got the stand up coop with XL run for our 4 hens; they are now thoroughly spoiled. Living in the desert climate, this coop is well set up to ventilate the excessive heat and has plenty of room for the hens. If we decide to expand our flock, we are definitely buying from Roost and Root!

I love this company. We’ve bought two coops from them. Unmatched craftsmanship and design. Buy one! You won’t regret it. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the company and the product itself.

We love our new coop and the spoiled chickens couldn't be happier! It was simple to build. I put most of the smaller pieces together by myself and then when it was time to connect the larger pieces we did it together as a couple. All in all it took about two weekends but that is because it was the largest walk-in coop plus the sun room. Also our level spot for connecting smaller pieces to make larger pieces was really far from where we actually wanted the coolp to live. Everyone that visits our place is completely amazed by how nice the coop looks on our property. All of the materials seem to be top quality and given our mild seasonal changes in California I am certain the chicks' new home will last a very long time. Thank you Roost and Root!!

The portable coop is set up wrong I could not reach my chickens unless I got down on my knees and reached into the coop It needs a hatch on the top for easy access
