I ordered a new nipple waterer for my Round Top Coop - the old one cracked when it froze. They shipped the new one fast and it was packaged well.

Thank for the shipping compliment! Our guys in the department work very hard!
We love our chicken coop! We researched chicken coops for 5 months prior to purchasing a Roost & Root coop. We weighed all of the options and we’re glad that we chose our coop as it’s very well made and will last for many years to come.

Thank you for your business, Garth! Enjoy!
Excellent customer service, which is rare nowadays. I had a real person to respond to my recent problem of a damaged shipment. The response was immediate and excellent. New roof panels were shipped out to me for replacement of the damaged roof panels without issue. I have been very pleased with their walk-in chicken coop and the service, and highly recommend the Roost and Root company.

Thank you, Vicki! I'm glad we are able to help. Shipping issues and damage do happen from time to time. We trust UPS Ground and UPS Freight to handle our product from the time it leaves our shop until it arrives at your home. We have little to no control what happens between that time but we are 100% committed to make sure you end up with product you paid as it was designed. Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to make things right! If you have any other questions please call us. Our best in the business customer service is included in the price of your product! Just give us a call and we will take care of your issues.
Product was just what I wanted. Arrived as promised. However roofing package was damaged. Trucker would not leave my expensive, paid for hutch package because the small roof package was damaged. Believe the "stealing" of my $4000 hutch would have been close to grand theft! Horrible shipping arrangements...sure it is COVID, Putin, Trump, or Conservative's fault but I will not be able to use Roost & Root products for fear their shipping options are limited to that bunch of thieves. Roost & Root refunded my money but not sure they were able to find their product. If you can shop at their store and haul your own purchase all should be fine.

All is well with your returned coop, Cheryl. We are very grateful for your concern! It arrived back at our shop in perfect condition. The roof metal was damaged as you mention. It's unfortunate, but it does happen a handful of times each year. Not bad considering we will ship hundreds and hundreds of that box this year! I wish the driver was more clear in their communication. It is UPS Freight policy that if part of a shipment is damaged and delivery is refused then the entire order is returned to the sender. We have been doing business with UPS for our Ground and Freight shipments for over 5 years. We have put great effort into finding to best shipping service for our product and our customers. We believe that company is UPS. Aside from the occasional damage or missing box they have been a great link between our shop and your homes. More importantly, every one of our customers that received a damaged part has been made whole free of charge! Every customer that has had a box go missing has a new one shipped out within 48 hours! I hope that you'll consider purchasing from us in the future. I believe you and your birds would have loved our product. Please know we are 100% committed to solving any issues. Just give us a call!
We assembled our coop this weekend and, much to our delight, it was straightforward and a breeze to put together. Wow, it’s a good looking coop! We added our pullets today and the coop is so easy to use. My children ages 5, 8 and 9 are able to work everything easily and it’s such a well designed coop.Roost and Root, thank you for making a quality thoughtfully designed coop that looks terrific! We are very pleased and even happier to support a small business. Much luck to you all and thank you, again.
