The kindest and most supportive team I have ever worked with. They were willing to listen and accommodate any request and have been incredibly kind and thoughtful is helping me decide on a once in a lifetime purchase. This is the one company I recommend to every person I meet.

I loved my experience working with Roen! James was so thoughtful, patient, and insightful, and me and my partner were able to design a beautiful custom engagement ring. We loved being able to see renderings of our design and make tweaks along the way, and the final product is so beautiful! Can’t wait to use them for our wedding bands and other future jewelry.

Roen was great to work with. They had a phenomenal design processes, balancing choice and advice really well. We had the pleasure of working with Renee, who guided us through the process. We ended up with a ring we absolutely love.

Everything about working with ROEN was nothing but excellent. Alicia was very prompt on updating me with the entire process of my fiancé’s ring come to life. She was very accommodating and was very easy to work with. Getting an engagement ring can be very stressful, but ROEN and Alicia definitely made it super easy for me. I am so so so thankful for their work - I will definitely be coming back for more products :) Thank you all so much!

I always thought I would get my engagement ring from one of the big brands, but I came across Roen on Instagram and was instantly drawn to their craftsmanship. I scheduled a first meeting, and from the very beginning, James and Sherry were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I started with just a simple sketch. At first, we decided on an emerald cut, but after trying different shapes together, I realized an oval suited me best. Since I wasn’t familiar with diamond selection, Roen guided me through the process and even showed me different oval diamond ratios to help me find the perfect stone. The entire process felt personal and collaborative — we built this ring together, just like how we’ll be building our home. The final product is absolutely stunning, every bit as beautiful as the big brands, but with so much more meaning and value because it was custom-made. I couldn’t be happier and am beyond grateful to James, Sherry, and the Roen team for bringing my dream ring to life. I can’t wait to create my next anniversary piece with them!

We went with Roen for our engagement ring and it was fantastic, great to work with. Details and quality was definitely on point, only thing that was lacking was communication in a more timely matter and more forms of communication would’ve been really helpful.

From start to finish, Shay and the team at Roen were able to help me bring my idea from ideation to reality. She’s super knowledgeable, isn’t afraid to take risk, and made the daunting process of building an engagement ring from scratch one of the best experiences.
