Very fast shipping which was highly appreciated. But half of my order was wasted because of very poor packing, the plastic was torn and the paper was dirty, torn and frayed

Problems with ordering online. Won't take card, have to call in to order.

Easy to order. Order delivered in a timely manner. Order was complete and in good condition.

Item was advertised to include a hard travel case. Hard case was swapped for a duffel bag and shipped without notice.

Customer service is awesome

Order was received earlier than expected.; however the shipment did not include the  EZ-Strap safety cutter. Will you please send an EZ-safety strap cutter at your earliest convenience. I contacted the company via email three weeks ago and still no reply.
