Been working with Atomix for almost 2 years now. Orders go out same day and on-time even if I have spikes in volume. Shoutout Deja my account manager, she is always there to help. Overall, it's been a great partnership.

Came Back for a Reason
I originally explored Atomix several years ago for a company I was consulting for. We ran a pretty extensive RFP because our fulfillment operation is complex. After a lot of internal deliberation, we ultimately decided to go with a much larger 3PL.
Fast forward to 2026 and we were dealing with significant issues with that provider. DTC orders missing SLAs, billing discrepancies, constant delays, B2B chargebacks, inventory reporting issues, and even simple project requests becoming difficult. It was also hard to get someone who really knew our operation.
We came back to Atomix, and for almost a year now it’s been much closer to what we had heard from their customers and expected when we originally evaluated them.
We had confidence in the team from clients we spoke with and from visiting their Milwaukee facility. They got us out of a massive pinch and helped reestablish the reliability we needed in our fulfillment operation.
Specific shoutout to Norman, who manages their Salt Lake City facility, and our Account Manager Kayla. We moved from a single facility into both their Baltimore and Salt Lake City locations, and the transition was surprisingly seamless (relative to what we had experienced in the past).
There are still hiccups, as there always are in fulfillment. What stands out about Atomix is that their team is accountable, their reporting is accurate and they deliver on their SLA. They do what they say they’re going to do, and when mistakes happen, they own them and work to make sure the same issue doesn’t keep happening.
Glad we came back.

Working with atomix has been great
Working with atomix has been great. Won’t blow you away with crazy promises. What they do well is the simple things.
Their reliable. Their app works how we need to manage inventory and order fulfillment and it integrates with Shopify easily.
Orders ship on time every day prior to cutoff, when an issue comes up they solve it, and they answer any questions or needs we have.
Onboarding took a little longer than I wanted and they had in depth custom SOPs to create and guidelines to follow but ultimately it was worth it.

Great Experience So Far
We’ve worked with a few 3PLs over the years and Atomix has been a much better experience.
The biggest difference is the communication. We’ve scaled to over 50k orders in a short period of time and do large sales drops. Throughout that growth, whenever something comes up, we can actually get ahold of our customer service manager in the warehouse who understands our account and helps solve it instead of just sending us through a support queue. Their COO we often work with directly as well.
The fulfillment side has been reliable with their software and their 100% guarantees have helped financially, but it’s the team’s execution on process improvement and their willingness to figure out the weird operational stuff with us that has made the biggest difference. They feel much more like an extension of our team than a warehouse vendor.
From unique automation rules to changing carriers to new features, the Atomix team has listened and given us the control to run ops how we need. Would give 5 stars but waiting on few pending improvements.
Have partnered with them for 18 months now

Fundamentally incompetent and dishonest business
There is a simple reason why you should not use Atomix as your 3PL—they fail to deliver packages at a rate 10-50X higher than their competition.
This might sound extreme, but this is based on my experience shipping thousands of packages with them. The pattern is that the shipment is marked as shipped in their system, but never gets a pickup scan with the shipping carrier. This happened to about 1-2% of my shipments with Atomix, and has only happened perhaps 1-2 times in my entire history with other 3PLs after shipping thousands of packages.
When asked about this, their COO essentially stated that their inventory system is infallible—if it shows in the system as shipped, then there is a 0% chance that they failed to deliver it to the carrier. There does not seem to be any introspection occurring to explore why this happens at such a higher rate than other 3PLs.
Of course, no refunds are given for the items lost in this way, and you can't file a claim with the shipper as their system clearly shows they never received the package. So you're essentially going to lose about 1% of your inventory with no recourse whatsoever when using Atomix to ship your product.
The COO's claim of an 100% infallible inventory system came to mind later in my time with Atomix, when I was already preparing to move to Fulfillrite (who have been fantastic). I asked for my returned items to be shipped back to my manufacturer. Atomix's system showed about 60-70 completed returns. When they were preparing to package up the returned items, they told me they had located 6 items. What?
After months of looking, they eventually found about 30 more items. So they still lost about half of the items that were returned. These were all confirmed as received on my dashboard.
What happened to the infallible inventory system? Could it be that all those packages from before were actually lost within their warehouse, just like the returns? I think it's very likely.
I could go in to many more reasons why Atomix was the single worst vendor I've ever worked with—the long delays with no response from support staff, their garbage-tier shipping carriers that customers hate and you have to nag them for months about before they stop using, inaccurate billing, failure to provide documentation for freight pickups, the months-long back-and-forth required for them to pay me back for my lost returns, the labrador-like enthusiasm that company leadership will employ to try to convince you they care about the problems while utterly failing to fix a single one, and pretty much every other thing they touch which is done with a complete lack of care and competence.
But something I want to leave you with before you massively dodge a bullet by choosing another 3PL over Atomix—they are paying $300 to their customers per review on Trustpilot in the form of a credit on their bill. You've seen all the one star reviews. How low do you think their average score would be if they weren't bribing their clients?
avoid!

Thank you for the detailed and fair feedback. We are glad the support and returns handling worked well for you, and we take full ownership of the rest, because paying out of pocket for lost items, unused labels, and replacement shipping is exactly the burden a 3PL should absorb, not pass on to you.
The lost item ambiguity you ran into no longer exists. We have put hard guarantees in writing for every client, with automatic credits when we miss:
100 percent Inventory Accuracy. If anything is lost or damaged in our care, we credit you the full cost, no gray area. A package that never received an initial carrier scan is our responsibility, full stop, and under this guarantee the item is covered.
100 percent On Time Shipping. Orders in by 2 PM ship the same business day, and if we ever miss, we credit you 5 dollars per order for every day it is late. No dragging our feet for weeks.
100 percent Billing Accuracy. No charges for labels that were purchased and never used, no surprise fees, and a 25 dollar credit for every incorrect line item.
100 percent Order Accuracy. Every order ships complete and correct, or we cover the full value and reship on our dime.
On carrier choice and freight coordination, that feedback is heard and owned. Taking two months to move you off Veho, booking freight without a confirmed quote, sending drivers with no documentation, and failing to pass along a lift gate instruction are communication failures, and tightening that coordination has been a direct focus.
These commitments are contractual now, not aspirational. That is the standard we hold ourselves to for every brand we ship for. Thank you for providing feedback that has shaped our standards for the future.
Wishing you the best,
The Atomix Logistics Team
A very reliable outfit.
Always been a very reliable and efficient 3PL partner. Staff are responsive and so far haven't seen any issues with shipping. Thanks, Kevin

Proceed With Caution
If you're a company searching for a reliable B2B fulfillment and logistics partner, I would recommend proceeding with caution when considering Atomix.
Our experience was marked by consistently poor communication, slow response times, and a lack of accountability when issues arose. Even simple requests often took more than 24 hours to receive a response, making it difficult to manage time-sensitive client needs and maintain operational efficiency.
The most concerning aspect was the impact their service had on one of our largest clients. Repeated service failures and communication breakdowns put an important customer relationship at risk and required significant effort on our part to mitigate the situation. Despite multiple attempts to escalate concerns, we received little to no response from senior leadership.
We also encountered recurring billing issues, including instances of duplicate and triplicate charges for services, which created additional administrative work and frustration.
A fulfillment partner should provide clear communication, responsive support, and confidence that your clients are being taken care of. Unfortunately, our experience with Atomix fell far short of those expectations. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them to businesses that value reliability, transparency, and customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to write this out in detail. We won't dispute it — slow response times, service failures that put one of your key client relationships at risk, escalations that didn't reach leadership, and duplicate and triplicate billing are exactly the kind of breakdowns that should never happen with a fulfillment partner, and we're sorry they happened with us.
Feedback like yours is precisely what drove us to rebuild our standards and put them in writing for every client. Two of our new four guarantees speak directly to what you experienced:
100% Billing Accuracy — down to the line item, with a $25 credit for every incorrect one. No duplicate charges, no mystery fees, no month-end reconciliation cleanup.
100% On-Time Shipping — guaranteed, with proactive communication and credits back when we miss, so service issues can't quietly slip and put your clients at risk.
These sit alongside our guarantees on order and inventory accuracy. We take accountability for falling short of what a reliable partner should be, and we've made these commitments contractual rather than aspirational for future clients.
Thank you, Sydney. Wishing you the best.
