Atomix LogisticsReviews of atomixlogistics.com

Been working with Atomix for almost 2 years now. Orders go out same day and on-time even if I have spikes in volume. Shoutout Deja my account manager, she is always there to help. Overall, it's been a great partnership.

I originally explored Atomix several years ago for a company I was consulting for. We ran a pretty extensive RFP because our fulfillment operation is complex. After a lot of internal deliberation, we ultimately decided to go with a much larger 3PL. Fast forward to 2026 and we were dealing with significant issues with that provider. DTC orders missing SLAs, billing discrepancies, constant delays, B2B chargebacks, inventory reporting issues, and even simple project requests becoming difficult. It was also hard to get someone who really knew our operation. We came back to Atomix, and for almost a year now it’s been much closer to what we had heard from their customers and expected when we originally evaluated them. We had confidence in the team from clients we spoke with and from visiting their Milwaukee facility. They got us out of a massive pinch and helped reestablish the reliability we needed in our fulfillment operation. Specific shoutout to Norman, who manages their Salt Lake City facility, and our Account Manager Kayla. We moved from a single facility into both their Baltimore and Salt Lake City locations, and the transition was surprisingly seamless (relative to what we had experienced in the past). There are still hiccups, as there always are in fulfillment. What stands out about Atomix is that their team is accountable, their reporting is accurate and they deliver on their SLA. They do what they say they’re going to do, and when mistakes happen, they own them and work to make sure the same issue doesn’t keep happening. Glad we came back.

Working with atomix has been great. Won’t blow you away with crazy promises. What they do well is the simple things. Their reliable. Their app works how we need to manage inventory and order fulfillment and it integrates with Shopify easily. Orders ship on time every day prior to cutoff, when an issue comes up they solve it, and they answer any questions or needs we have. Onboarding took a little longer than I wanted and they had in depth custom SOPs to create and guidelines to follow but ultimately it was worth it.

Had a great experience with Austin and team for my brand. No issues.

Always been a very reliable and efficient 3PL partner. Staff are responsive and so far haven't seen any issues with shipping. Thanks, Kevin

The Atomix team has been a fantastic partner for us from the start. We first connected with Jack when we were only shipping a few orders a month and from the start he was supportive in finding the best solution for us. Not only solutions for the present, but he also made sure to guide up through what we would be seeing as we scaled our business. Their team has always been very helpful in answering the questions that we had since it was our first 3PL partnership and made the onboarding process very seamless. Given we are a startup, what we looked most for in a partner was the people behind it. Would highly recommend any brand to work with the Atomix team.

Onboarded with Atomix about a year ago. I'm a small brand, so customer service and proactivity were a priority. The Atomix Team, especially my support contact, Jennifer, have been terrific whenever issues arise. Responsive and very accomodating. A bit expensive to ship low-weight/bulk via USPS, but I'd still say my experience with Atomix has been much more positive than most my peer brands dealing with the major American 3PL's.

We’ve just started with Atomix Logistics and the setup and onboarding have been excellent. Communication has been clear and prompt, and they’ve been incredibly patient with our questions. We ran a trial order, resolved a couple of issues quickly, and so far everything has been smooth. Looking forward to scaling with them.
