Have had these straps for over 5 years with weekly use, and they have held up great.

I reached out because the lock from the kit for my trailer that I bought came off the hitch. You can’t buy the lock separate from the kit but I worked with Rhino and they took care of it for me. That’s was great customer service.

I ordered the 4 pack retractable tie downs. They were exactly what I needed for my application. I did have a problem out of one of the straps. I contacted Rhino and I must say their customer service was probably the best I've ever dealt with. Issue resolved, replacement sent, and received in only a couple days! Highly recommend on that alone, a company that stands behind their product and takes care of their customers concerns that quickly is hard to find! Nice work team Rhino!
