All I can say is when Rhino says lifetime guarantee they mean it! Had a bit of an issue on a weekend and received quick response on the weekend and the product is being replaced. Rhino well worth the price and great product with great customer support and service

I bought a 4 pack of the 1 inch retractable straps in Dec '24. 1 stopped retracting a few weeks ago - Feb '26. I'm guessing the internal spring came off. I went to the Rhino website, input my info - and they immediately sent me a new replacement. Wow- outstanding customer service without the typical agonizing interrogation of many companies. I love their straps , how they work, and now I'm aware of the excellent warranty system they have. I highly recommend their products and will buy more.
