My blue drop hitch faded pretty fast and got a chip in it. They gave me the option for a black or silver drop hitch instead since those don’t fade. Great customer service and warranty. Love Rhino USA!

I purchased a 4 pack of retractable straps about 8 months ago. Two of them started having issues retracting. I contacted customer service and within days both of them were replaced. Great customer service and warranty.

Rhino has the best retractable straps! Been using it for over a year & a half. One of my straps was having a hard time to retract. I did a warranty process & it was super easy! They made it so easy to get a replacement! Thanks again Rhino usa!
