The Tech Help is by far the best I have encountered. The product is reliable and user friendly.

A very simple system with major room for improvement and user compatibility. The system is quite helpful in it's ability to manage point of sale transactions, however when it comes to modifying and editing on the POS front side, there is little that can be done without returning to the dashboard on PC to delve into further options. I have experienced difficulty with many modifications to the original menu for my restaurant as well as imputing pricing and upsale product options through both the POS front end and the dashboard PC end. However, overall it is a very simplistic system good for most small businesses.

Revel system is great but they need to improve some more features.

We have been generally happy with our experience with Revel. I wish there was a more full featured online ordering experience but they are continually developing new features so am hopeful that this will continue to evolve. The team is helpful and the system easy to use with many back end features.

Revel is a good product with an unreliable team and untrustworthy company. Most of the commitments made were not honored even after extensive followup. We had much bigger plans to go with the product but unfortunately we had roll back with our plans due to the unprofessional attitude of the team.

We use Revel for a high volume restaurant. Revel's POS software and hardware are both top-of-the-line. The functionality of the server's terminals is excellent and able to be fully customized. Their back-end reporting leaves nothing untouched. Ease of setting up menus and customizing them is incredible. Full inventory tracking built-in, as is menu costing. Web ordering simple and automatically generated from your in-house menu. They've thought of every detail when it comes to customizing options. Sales and support staff are great to work with. Would readily recommend Revel to anybody needing a POS system.

Revel boasts about upgrading their system every couple of months with new features and better performance. But, when their system doesn't perform the way it should they are slow to provide fixes. We recently had a problem with Revel's inventory management system not providing accurate information. It was showing many of our products out of stock or with inaccurate quantities. After spending countless hours on the phone with tech support they finally told us that this was a known issue but it would be several weeks before the issue was resolved. Meanwhile we are left with an expensive POS system that can't accurately keep track of inventory.
