For the most part the system works well. We have recently had issues with a kitchen printer not working. Help desk has not been able to resolve. Local Atlanta Rep has not responded to email or VM messages. Hoped to get things resolved far more quickly than this. Have been asked to replace an Ethernet cable as a possible fix. Don't need trial possible solutions, need resolution now as this is effecting my customer service now.

We still have several issues with online ordering as well as items on the kiosk. These items are a work I progress still. Your I.T department still can't figure them out. Overall if I could do it again I would not choose revel. There are way to many limitations in regards to the kiosk ordering...Oh by the way we are a strictly kiosk ordering only restaurant.

Easy back office system and support. Great reports to check our sales data for multiple locations. Super easy for our laundromat staff to use with the iPads. Also, was very easy for the initial setup with minimal networking knowledge.
