I just called couple weeks ago to fix our system and we couldn't fix that over the phone and finally I asked to send someone to fix that but the gentleman over the phone told me it takes couple weeks to send someone to fix the systems. I believe based on my experience with other companies something like this should fix so quickly. Also I'm offering you to add some more tools like: As a manager sometimes I have some massages for employees and I want to let them know before they start to work and that would be great if they get the massages at the clock in time (focus pos system has this option)

Hi Kiano, I am sorry to hear that! I see a record of your call on our help desk and, unfortunately, it looks like the call was dropped. Our Support agents are more than happy to continue troubleshooting a network issue and if the call is disconnected we recommend simply calling back into Support. For the type of issue you called in for, it is typically resolved with an agent over the phone by power cycling the modem. We do not usually see such a severe case that we would need to send a CSM onsite. There are, of course, exceptions but we would want to troubleshoot with you to get you the fastest service first over the phone. We do not have messaging on the Front End of the POS at this time but it sounds like a great feature worth suggesting. You are able to suggest new features on our Support site - just scroll down to the blue button here: https://support.revelsystems.com/hc/en-us/. I have heard of workarounds for communicating with your employees on an iPad and our Support teams would be happy to assist you. Hope this helps you out! Cheers, Sarah at Revel
Revel is a top-notch service that has thought through how to streamline and simplify business needs for POS, Inventory Management, Employee Management, and CSM. I shopped around several companies and products looking for a fully customizable solution for the aforementioned needs, and REVEL delivered all of them in one suite. Josh Goodman was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. They are doing a great job at taking a complicated process and making it as easy as possible on the business and business owner. We are new to Revel and hope everything goes well. After the initial purchase, we were flooded with different emails and timelines are longer than told when purchasing. Would be nice to have more personal interaction for onboarding.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few things we have to communicate via email to ensure you are set up properly. It can take a bit of time to get the credit card processing all squared away so we do apologize for the inconvenience. You do have a Customer Success Manager who will be able to oversee your onboarding and installation process once you get your menu set up. **update 3/30/18** Apparently they still have some issues to work on in the communication dept. Its been two weeks since they last updated me on the progress of our project. Three emails have gone unanswered and there has been no progress that I can detect. I am torn here because the system functions quite well and I have been happy with the functionality. Revel could be great if only they could solve their customer service issues. **original review**Revel is an awesome POS, I love the fact that it has all of the functionality anybody could need all in one place. Why only 4 stars? There have been some communication issues that required me to rattle some cages to get results. I would not hesitate to recommend this system to anyone and feel that some of the issues I have experienced are being addressed.
