I’ve been wearing a retainer nightly for years as an adult, and wanted a backup in case it broke. The retainers direct process was very simple, and the price was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but making the impression was fairly easy and the retainer fits well. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and the process. I did purchase the extra putty for the impression but didn’t need it, there was more than enough for my initial mistake and retry.
