I recently ordered a clear upper retainer from your company and wanted to share my review of the product with you. I really appreciate the handwritten note as this is rare with companies these days. I was quoted $900 for a similar retainer through my regular dentist (with insurance) and that led me to search for options online. I am glad I went through Retainers Direct as I found the process relatively simple and in my opinion (I have had orthodontic work and several clear retainers in the past), this is a high quality retainer and efficient service. In the note, it states that there was a slight distortion with the molar impression, however I found that the retainer fit great. In short, thank you for an awesome product.

Simple enough process so far..the membership explanation was slightly confusing so opted to do the single retainer right now, and depending on the quality add the membership and lower retainer after trying it out

The process went smoothly and the retainer fits great. I received it 15 days after placing the order which included waiting on the mail 3 different times and a holiday. One of the main reasons I went with Retainers Direct is that they keep a file of the impression which will speed up the process and provide a discount if I need to reorder.

Great service and although I had slight messed up on the upper mouth impression for the retainers, they still provided quality service and made alterations for it to fit perfectly. Will definitely use this again.
