Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

Went with retainers direct since our small town referred me out of town anyways to get new retainers. The materials came very fast and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I bought extra in case of messing up but didn't end up needing it.I am very happy with my retainers and I did all this in my home without missing work to schedule an appointment out of town.

Super happy with my experience with Retainers Direct! The initial impression kit shipped quickly and the impression process was relatively simple. When I received my retainers in the mail they came with a handwritten note stating that a couple adjustments had to be made due to some imperfections in my impressions - but they fit perfectly! So happy to have a fresh set of retainers to wear and an awesome company to easily reorder from in the future.

Just received my retainers back in the mail and I have to say this was the easiest service I have ever used. The price is amazing you cannot beat anywhere. The kit was very easy to use. Once I submitted the kit back I got my retainers back in like 2 days . Super fast and will definitely recommend to any of my friends who lose the retainers like I had . They feel amazing!

The retainers are top notch, our experience was wonderful from start to finish!

I ordered a two set of retainers, only got 1 box and the customer service is awful

Retainers came in a timely manner and for perfectly!

I bought extra putty to make sure we had enough tries and still the putty dries too fast to mix it and get it in the trays this is so frustrating I have to order more putty to hopefully get a good impression because now I’m vested with the purchase I have no choice!

The timing, the quality, the customer service, everything was just excellent! I got my retainers within 2 weeks of ordering. The impressions were super easy to figure out and send in. The packaging was super cute as well!
