It took a few extra putty purchases to get the impressions needed, but the end results are great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thanks for the great review. Sorry the impressions were a little difficult.
Receptionist and doctor took their own time out of their day to look at the images of my impressions that I texted to them to see if they were accurate enough to make a retainer before they were sent back. It was perfect! This allowed me to save so much time and worry!!! I truly appreciate how awesome/quick/easy this process was.

Glad you were pleased with our service and products. We appreciate you business and the great review. Darren
I was hesitant to purchase a service like this online, but for the price vs what our ortho charges I had to try it out. I am so pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great, the quality of the retainers is the exact same offered by our orthodontist, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I will be purchasing another set for my other child. The hand written note sent with the retainers was an excellent personal touch.

This is an updated review to my original one after completing the entire process. First and foremost, the customer service is outstanding. I had some issues, but they provided the orthodontist's personal phone number so I could text photos of my impressions when I had trouble with the lower ones. Seriously, what other company does that? The problem initially was me, as I read the directions on the box, but missed the paper inside the box with the complete directions, including NOT to remove the mold from the tray; I tried to remove it so I could use extra putty to make another one "just in case," and tore it. In my defense, my retainers are more than 15 years old and I don't even recall the process of getting them made at the original orthodontist's ... On a repeat try the upper mold was easy, but for whatever reason I had trouble with the lower mold and it took 3 attempts (after ordering new putty), but that's when the orthodontist provided his direct contact info and reviewed pictures. The end result is the upper one does hurt a little and feel tight, but my old one was very old and worn and may have let my teeth shift some, so I'm persisting. If the problem continues, though, I have no doubt the orthodontist will send me a new set at no charge. They guarantee satisfaction. I offer the suggestion to the company that the part about leaving impressions in the molds should be big, bold and upfront, both on the box and in the printed directions.

I am sorry that you struggled with the directions. We do not want you to take the impressions out of the trays because the tray is the support to the impressions. The only reason you would take the set impression material out of the tray is to redo the impression in the instance that the first try was not ideal. The "wiggle" , that was mentioned in the instructions, was to break the seal and allow the impression to come out of the mouth. To clarify, you should take the impressions and then leave the impression material in the trays and simply put them in the addressed blue bag and drop them in the mail.
Wonderful service ! Been very happy with them, and would recommend 100%!
