Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

I've been shopping online for awhile, trying to find a reasonably priced business with whom to purchase replacement retainers. In addition to reading the reviews on this site, I also did a search via Google Earth to determine if this place was "real". Other places I had looked into, indicated they were BBB Accredited and weren't and who provided a street address and were not located where they said they were and their products were much more expensive. After doing my research, I discovered that Haltom Orthodontics in Albuquerque, NM was real and located at the address they provided. Thank goodness as I was getting desperate as my old retainers had serious cracks in them and weren't going to last much longer. I ordered the kit, did the impressions, sent them back and today I received my new retainers that fit snuggly and comfortably as requested. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. In addition to doing what they said they'd do, they also followed up with emails to let me know they had received my impressions, were working on my retainers and let me know when they had shipped. They shipped out last Thursday and I received them today, on Monday along with a nice note from Darren. I would highly recommend retainersdirect.com services. Thank you so much!!

Perfect and very affordable retainers! Couldn’t be happier

Perfect fit!! We received the finished product back in less than a week after we sent out the impressions: )

I placed an order after having an "incident" with our dog and my daughters retainers and due to the COVID-19 shut down her orthodontist was not able to help. The impression kit came quickly and was so easy to use. Her retainers also arrived super quickly and were a bit loose. We reached out and had a return call within 5 minutes. The doctor got on the line and sent us pictures of her impressions which he said were perfect but he had a suggestion for how he could make them tighter and he would make a new set. That was on Friday - her new retainers just showed up this morning (Monday) and fit perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Retainers Direct - they are committed to customer service! I was extremely skeptical about ordering retainers online, but my daughter was concerned over not having retainers to wear so we thought we would give it a shot and honestly I don't think I'll ever order retainers from her orthodontist again. These fit just as well and were obviously significantly less expensive. And the customer service was more than we could have even hoped for. Don't be hesitant to order from this company - they truly are 5 star!!
