I had lost my retainers for about a month and a half and my teeth were shifting pretty fast. After a few google’s I found Retainers Direct. Instead of me paying $300+ For a replacement they were only charging about $130. My molds arrived quickly and as soon as I sent them out a few days later I was getting an email saying my retainers were done and being shipped. The whole process took less than a month. I got my retainers with a nice personalized note. The retainers fit great but because of my teeth’s swift movement the first night wearing them were painful but I took ibuprofen and the pain went away. So far I feel my teeth moving closer together and I’m excited to get my smile back. I would definitely recommend this service and will probably be using again to purchase whiting kit. Simple, clear instructions, very timely, good product

I needed a new retainer since my old one from the dentist broke (for the 6th time), and I found these guys. They had great reviews, so I decided to try them out. And it was worth it! Not only were they fast with the entire service (probably about 3 weeks after the initial purchase... which is just as long as I had to wait to physically pick them up at the local dentist), but the retainers themselves fit and feel great. They use quality material that isn't as brittle as the ones that I had been using before that kept cracking. Also, the process was super easy, including taking my own impressions. I bought extra putty just in case, but didn't end up needing it. Just follow the directions they give you and watch the video. It's super easy. Plus, I was able to return the extra putty I didn't use for a full refund! This company is definitely worth it. Especially for the price (which is very competitive compared to all the other online retainer companies out there)! Thanks Retainers Direct!

I started to see my bottom teeth shifting 8 years after having braces. Went to the dentist and they quoted me $350 for an upper and lower retainer. Considering my frugality I decided to take a peak online and found Retainersdirect.com. I read some reviews and enjoyed how the Drs. Actually reached out and commented on the reviews. I decided to give it a go. The impression part was not the easiest thing in the world but If you read the instructions and watch the video it’s pretty straight forward. I sent my impressions in and about a week and a half later got my retainers. The box had a nice hand written note with a few tips. I did have to cut a little extra material from the gum line but they fit fine and I’m very pleased with Reatinersdirect.com

My retainers fit very well! The only imperfection is that the plastic covering my front, bottom 4 teeth is nearly half the thickness of the rest. The video helps you create your impressions correctly. Mailing back was a breeze, they provide you a postage free envelope to mail. I received an email letting me know that my impressions were received. In a few days I received another email letting me know my retainers were on there way! To my surprise I opened the blue and white box that included my retainers (high quality) in sealed packages, with a free retainer holder/mirror, and a hand written letter from Katie thanking me for my business, and explaining that the retainers may fit tight for the first couple of wears.
