I'm so disappointed. Paid a big premium for their premium plates. Used garbage arrived. Don't even want to open the packages. I can see they're damaged. I so wish I could upload a pic. The difference between what I ordered and received is incomprehensible. Have emailed customer service but just an auto-response. For the record I've ordered and had delivered plates, dumbbells, etc from other companies with no damage or issues.

Ordered from portugal, 8th september, arrived 12th september. The customer support was responsive and educated when I needed information about the shipment. The product feels very high quality and took me 30m to assemble, even though Im inexperient with crafts. Very good quality-price relation. Very satisfied with the experience, would recommend.

I contacted customer service over a product that is apparently discontinued. I had the pleasure of speaking to Molli, and turns out they still had the product in stock. Not only did she have said product added to my order free of charge, but she also had a set sent to a good buddy of mine in another state who wished to purchase the same thing. She had an amazing attitude for working customer service, and I think others could learn from her example. I have yet to receive my order, but so far I appreciate the efforts of this company based on the actions of their employees. I'd highly recommend!

I'm a potential customer in UK. Their equipment looks really nice and I would have definitely purchased some equipment. Sadly there is a 5 month waiting time to buy from their UK supplier and do not sell directly. I wonder how this is a good business model to have what looks to be fantastic bits of kit that you cant get within a reasonable time? I tried to buy directly from their US site but sadly they do not do international sales. I believe that they would expand their business exponentially if they would handle international sales themselves or to have a decent amount of stock in a European warehouse to create short lead times and grow their client base. Ironically I'm disappointed with their sales set up and not getting the opportunity to buy and give a positive review of what looks to be decent work out equipment. Can i recommend Rep fitness? Regrettably NO! I would welcome the opportunity to sing their praise.

Alternative companies like Titan Fitness or Rogue have been suggested for their superior customer service practices. Please note that once items have left the Rep Fitness warehouse, the company may not provide sufficient support if issues arise. Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

makes perfect sense that this company has such a low reviews, the customer service is a joke, they will not even send you a part that cost less than five dollars to replace a defective product, even after you spend thousands and thousands of dollars with them, stay away!!!! The Ares attachment to the rack system has cable design problems, I would definitely by from Rogue in the future- the company that REP is trying to be.

The product was absolutely fine when we received it. I do not believe FedEx lost a 48 lb. box that was shipped on 12/14. When I inquired on 12/21 because I hadn't received it that was the story I was given. They were shipping overnight the same item on 12/21. On 12/22 when the tracking number showed it was still sitting in PA and that fed ex didn't have my package I called them. "Oh Fed Ex must have lost it" - I told them they were blaming fed ex twice when I didn't believe it wasn't their mistake and that it didn't get shipped. They assured me it was shipping 12/22 for Saturday delivery meaning I would have it for Christmas - well guess what - they shipped it on 12/26 overnight for delivery on 12/27 - as everyone knows, 12/27 is after Christmas and our grandson lives 4 hours south of us - that results in 8 hours of travel to deliver a late Christmas present. Mistakes happen, but to lie to me and say Fed Ex lost it twice is just unacceptable customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. Never again will I purchase from them.
