I worked with Natalie from ReflexMD. I found her to be very professional and the company as solid and organized as any I have dealt with in the past. Natalie is well informed, polite, a great listener and does not drop the ball at any juncture. It has been a pleasure to work through a fairly involved financial transaction which I caused to happen, and she solved the problem for me.

I had a great experience working with Kristen. She was very friendly, outgoing, and made the entire interaction pleasant from start to finish. Kristen took the time to listen carefully to my questions and was able to address all of my needs clearly and efficiently. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and she made sure I felt confident about everything before we finished. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided and would be happy to work with her again in the future.

My medicine arrived within 24 hrs, still cold, and included detailed instructions, syringes and alcohol wipes. Perfect! Follow-up emails were also provided. Definitely a great beginning to a new program!

Customer service is on point! They have always been impressively responsive and informative. If you need your hand held, they got you. If you're more independent, information is easily accessible. I am a return customer for a reason. Convenience is available everywhere. It's their price point and customer service that sets them apart. I am a return customer. When I wanted to cancel the first time, it was quick, clear and immediate. When I wanted to renew a service I was treated with the same care as a new patient. 10/10.
