The product does what its supposed to do, which is assist in controlling the appetite. I am not losing a lot of weight suddenly but slowly and when I eat my body is able to tell me enough and I have the will power to stop eating.

James from Customer Service apologized profusely regarding an order that was shipped to me while I was out of the country. He has since made restitution and explained why the mix-up happened. I am very happy with their product AND their Customer Service.
