Down 38lbs in 3.5 months, my diet has completely changed. The meds have helped me stop thinking about food. Now When I eat, I eat for fuel, not because I’m bored. I’m hoping to increase my exercise routine and slowly taper off the medicine. Thankful it has given me the much needed extra boost! Also-I have always gotten quick responses from reflexMD, very happy with how easy this has been to navigate!

There was no tracking for the package so it sat on my front porch for days since I was not home. The quality of the serum is not good. I have used it with no success of losing weight.

I have been on reflex 5 weeks, and have lost 4lbs.. but I have not weighed myself yet today. But my clothes seem to fit better, expecially my blouse. I have had to take 2 nauses pills but no big deal. Next time I will try the shot in my leg, I heard that might help with that I have had a little constipation, but lots of water helped that. I have heard sometimes you don't lose weight right away, but by the second month or so, it piicks up. We will see, so far I am glad to have this to help me, it definetely has cut my appetite I have tto listen to my body and not eat as much, it is working!! I finally have hope.I still would like to lose, but it takes time, watchng my eating habits is important, hey, everyone has to start with 4 lbs. in the begiing!
