Not sure if the individual I spoke to was human or AI, but either way they were very helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring, and pleasant. I'd choose this individual every time if I could.

Definitely call Refils, don’t depend on their patient portal. Calling them got me to a rep that actually listened and did what she had to to make it right. Thank you!!

Edit: Ronald at Refills was extremely helpful!! I received very helpful support from the refills team, even if it took a little longer to reach them than I would’ve liked. Ronald handled my issue promptly and responded to all my questions quickly once I got in touch with them. I can sympathize with the fact that the new portal transition was complicated. Overall, I’m happy with the help I received and with the service overall. Original: I’m very frustrated by the lack of support after following the company’s prompt to switch to the new portal. All of my health history, dose history, and message history is gone. I also see in some places it says my prescription is active but status is canceled. I did NOT cancel it; all I did was sign up for their new portal. I’ve sent portal messages and email asking for assurance that my annual plan is still active (prepaid, and I still have 9 months of treatment left!), and also for help on how to delay next quarterly shipment, which is happening soon. No response yet. I understand the process of switching to a new portal service can be glitchy, but I need some support.
