We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

All of the vials sent from the pharmacy have the same expiration date, which means one vial will be expired before I even start it. I've tried to fix this multiple times. Refills.com does not monitor the customer service message boards on their website, nor do they respond to emails. They only method I've made contact is by telephone, which they always tell me they need to get an update on this case, and they will call me back within 1 day, but they never do.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delays and lack of follow-up. We understand how concerning it is to receive medication with expiration dates that may not align with your treatment schedule, and we’re sorry we haven’t provided the level of support you deserve. We’d like the opportunity to look into this and assist you directly. Please email [email protected] with your account information, and a Support Specialist will review your case and contact you back to assist with your concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make this right.
Refills helped me switch providers for my medication very seamlessly and Sharon on the phone was very patient with my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I’m so glad I spoke with her.

I called Refills this holiday weekend on Saturday & to my amazement I was helped in less then a minute by a real nice customer service rep. She removed the past due error, she paused my subscription, and I accepted an offer to try a different Compound Pharmacy when available and unpause for same price discount ( Hallandale is good quality but it dosen’t quiet food noise for me). ✔️
