We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

I wish the explanation of why I only received one vial as opposed to three was explained when I received the one vial. That should have been clarified right from the start.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a lovely consultative experience, and that your agent was patient, thorough, and friendly throughout.
Noah was the first member of staff to clear up the communication issues I was having. Calm, efficient and good at his job! Overall it has been a sketchy experience until today (I am hoping the issue is fixed!). Lots of missed calls and emails that directed me to messages on the website, but when I logged on there were no messages. Their AI customer service definitely needs more beta testing before being utilized with customers! Their human customer service has been hit and miss until now. Hopefully it’s resolved now, but if you are expecting good communication this may not be the company for you! I am changing GLP1 provider due to cost and poor customer service, this is my first experience with Refills and let’s keep our fingers crossed! Overall the price is good, the customer service ok, although today was very good! Basically I am confident I will receive my product which seems to be the best you can hope for!

We sincerely apologize for the earlier issues with our automated system and website messaging. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are actively working to fix those glitched touchpoints. We appreciate you choosing us for your GLP-1 refill and look forward to delivering a smooth experience moving forward!
