Have not received order. Price is too high. Too much more negative experience to write about. Do not recommend.

Do not use this company! They will send you and charge you for medication without your consent. It is so shady and scamy. Do not use! Do not trust!

I spoke with a bot nobody will answer your phones you shipped this on December 29th when I still had another dose of my Zepbound now it will not arrive till January 2 you continue to tell me it’s safe 56 days that’s less than 3 months I’m receiving I am uncomfortable with this I have ms do not use this company they are only about getting your money not your health

First of all I was attempting to join the weight loss program, which I intended to sign up for the 12 month payment plan for my injections. Your company emptied my checking account by withdrawing 3,949 dollars in total that I was not aware would be withdrawn. I need my money refunded, all of it! If your company is not transparent with your customers payment plan, I feel the medication won’t be 100% of the dosage you claim. I would have rated a zero star rating if it allowed me to, don’t deal with this company they are not trustworthy and you can’t get through to them at all, calls go straight to voicemail and they have yet to return my calls. Have to wait until payment post with my bank to dispute!

I strongly caution anyone considering this company! While researching Refills.com as a potential GLP-1 provider, I discovered that multiple “real patient” before-and-after images on their website appear to be stock photos (including images traceable to Shutterstock) as well as photos scraped from Reddit. Some of the images are also used across unrelated websites and forums for different products. You can tell if you search the images with Google lens (reverse-image search). For a company dealing with prescription medication, this is deeply troubling. Representing stock imagery or repurposed photos as “real people and real results” raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity. What other corners are they cutting? I would never trust a company that does this with medication I am injecting into my body. I encourage anyone considering this service to review their website carefully and verify the testimonials themselves. This should be held to a higher standard.
