I was getting medication for almost a year and when i inquired if they would lower their price i got no response so i canceled with them and went to a different company for less money.

When I "finally" talked to a customer service representative my experience was positive, but getting there was not easy. Customer service representative was very positive, friendly and capable. He was the positive 5 star experience I had. Telephone msg needs to be improved. You could not tell if you still were on hold and it auto cancelled the call with no warning.

I signed up with refills.com because they offer a great 3 month service. Unfortunately, they offer something they can’t provide. The doctor has been way more responsive than support. In fact, support doesn’t respond AT ALL! So here we are, no response and $500 later, I called the pharmacy and found out they don’t have my medicine, and don’t know when or if they will. Guess what? STILL ignored by customer support! I have a feeling I’m going to have to deal with the bank since refills doesn’t answer. Basically I have no idea what’s going to happen, I’m out of 500 bucks, and I have to find another provider. Beware before you buy in… Update: I had to report it to my bank to start a charge back. After I did they finally refunded me. They respond on here with an email address saying they’ll look into the issue, but when you email them all you get is “we’re so sorry, please contact support”. How do you contact support when support never responds? I won’t be using refills again.. ever!

when i try to update my billing information the page keeps refreshing so i have to use my laptop to manage my subscription. the weight loss results are totally worth it.
