Communication sucks

I’ve had a few bumps in the road with this company. From pausing my account and not telling me and the lack of communication with support and very delayed responses. But over all the medication is good and helping and the prices are great. Erik has helped me a lot with any issues I’ve been having.

I found the medical supervision offered by Refills very helpful. They took time to check my medical background before administering the compounded GLP-1 medication The medication has proven to be very useful for suppressing my appetite.

Never have I dealt with a more conscientious team and the support is unparalleled! I have been with several firms, Doctors etc for Weight Control and these folks really listen and respond with such alacrity!

I have repeatedly tried to change my dosage. No response. Looking for another provider at this time.
