This online whatever with incompetent staffs that can’t read correctly and talk to people calmly I wrested my money here please be careful guys

I'm sorry our providers were not able to provide the treatment you wanted Gabriel. Unfortunately, not all conditions should be managed through our telehealth services. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and give a prescription for the most appropriate medication. That is not always the medication that you prefer, but our providers will explain why you were given an alternative treatment in their notes to you. Our policy is if our providers are not able to give you a prescription to treat your condition, we offer a refund for the visit fee. Mislead on pricing and have provided screen shots of your ad along with your customer service person quoting me different prices in writing. I complained multiple times only to be given the canned script. No help This went on for days no resolution.

Hello April. We have many treatment options available. Our prices are for a specific quantity, not for a day supply. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page, but your treatment will not be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. This is where you will be asked to review the prescribed treatment and then pay for the treatment after reviewing all the information provided. You will also receive a detailed receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. Unfortunately, we have no control over the ads provided by websites that are not our own. For the most accurate information on pricing for treatments received through RedBox Rx, please visit our website redboxrx.com under the conditions tab or under the FAQ's section. This is my 3rd time using Redbox Rx , I never had a probably with scheduling, prescriptions or communicating with the healthcare provider. The web site is self explanatory with zero hidden fees! So happy I found them

Very satisfied , I just filled out questions and within an hour my prescription was authorized. I received the prescription within 5 days , which included the weekend . I would definitely recommend !

I believe this company is a scam. I was charged twice for the same product (per the receipts) but I guess one was for a consultation which they were not transparent about. The consultation consisted of me answering a few prompts on the website. I spoke to someone named Brandi about it and she was neither helpful nor friendly to me. She ignored half of my questions. I am deeply unpleased with my experience and will find my prescription elsewhere from now on.

Hello Stephanie. RedBox Rx is a little different than some other telehealth services. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. You will receive a receipt after every transaction to the email address associated with your RedBox Rx account. This information is also clearly listed on the website under the preferred treatments sections as well as under the FAQ's section.
