This is the first time I used Redbox. The process was quick and easy. I don’t know about other websites and their fees but I was fine with the $20 doctor fee. The $50 I paid for my rx was lower in total than using my insurance and the time saved was 100% worth it. I filled out the consultation before bed and when I woke up my order was filled!!! Excellent, glad I found Redbox!

Agree that the website pricing is misleading. The comparison chart on their site lists other companies prices for medication and includes their consultation fee, but RedBox does not disclose their own $20 consultation fee on the chart, which makes it look like they do not have one and are the cheapest option. You don’t see the fee until checkout. This is not honest which makes me question the company as a whole, unfortunately.
