Rob, being able to step away without wondering what's happening back at the office is exactly the point, so this means a lot. We'll pass this on to the team looking after your calls. — The ReceptionHQ Team
ReceptionHQ has been a game changer for our company. The receptionists learned our scripts and prompts very quickly, and the email message system works so efficiently! So grateful for them!

Kate, thank you for this. Getting scripts and prompts right quickly matters just as much as getting them right at all, and it's great to hear the message system is pulling its weight too. — The ReceptionHQ Team
ReceptionHQ provides a great quality of experience for the people who call my company. The greetings and process is customizable for your needs and customer support is always responsive to questions or requests for assistance. I've had several callers compliment me on the operators who handle the calls so that was a big plus for me in writing this review. There's a lot to be said for having a person answer a call rather than AI.

Brian, thank you for this. Getting the greeting and process set up around how your business actually runs is exactly the goal, so it's good to hear the customization is working well for you. Glad your callers are noticing the difference too. — The ReceptionHQ Team
I appreciate the efforts of this company in answering most calls, which helps maintain smooth communication. However, there is room for improvement in accurately capturing names and on messages. Overall, with a bit more attention to detail, their service could be even better!

The experience has been good, and the company is trustworthy. The service provided to students is polite and professional. One area for improvement would be sending more accurate messages.
