Doing exactly what we promise is the standard, not the exception, so this means a lot – thank you for the recommendation. — The ReceptionHQ Team
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when the call is transferred there is no beep or other indication that the receptionist hung up so as to know when to say hello to the holding caller. It's just dead air.

Christine, thank you for spelling this out rather than just leaving it at four stars. Our receptionists do let your callers know before a transfer goes ahead, but you've raised a good suggestion about the moment after that – a clear signal once the transfer has actually connected and we've dropped off the line. We'll pass this along to the team to look at. — The ReceptionHQ Team

Michele, thank you for laying this out so fully. Knowing your callers are in good hands is the whole point, and courtesy and care are non-negotiables for us, not nice-to-haves. Really glad it's showing. — The ReceptionHQ Team
Too many rings before calls are answered. Staff lack enthusiasm when answering calls.

Response from ReceptionHQ· Sep 18, 2026
Takiyah, thank you for the direct feedback – this isn't the experience we want for your callers and we don't want to just say the right things without following up. Our team has already been looking into how your account is set up and will be in touch directly to gain a better understanding of what's occurred and talk through what solutions we might be able to implement. — The ReceptionHQ Team
