Thank you for making your review through Trust Pilot. The UPS WorldShip program looks up the zip code entered by the customer in the delivery address, and determines the closest UPS hub to ship to. When you accidently entered the wrong zip code on the checkout page, UPS Worldship automatically sent it to a hub near Dunnigan, CA. We are very happy that you caught the mistake while tracking the shipment after our discussion, and were able to reroute the package yourself to the correct delivery address. We are extremely sorry that your last 2 orders have not been shipped correctly. We have a very low rate of shipping errors, but it seems like you are getting them. Give us another chance and we will make it up to you on your next order.

Calvin, Thanks for responding on Trust Pilot. During the past 8 months, our costs have increased by 25% due to increased tariffs. We have taken many steps to offset these increases which is why we only raised our prices by 12%. We understand that every company has to watch its bottom line and thank you for all the business you have sent given to us so far.
